Lot 70 L.N.E.R. A3 Brass Steam Locomotive Nameplate "ST FRUSQUIN" as carried by the LNER 3-cylinder A3 Pacific named after the winner of the 1896 2000 guineas and ten other races. Originally numbered as 2574 built at Doncaster in October 1924. Later renumbered 75 by the LNER in 1946 then becoming BR number 60075 in 1948. The locomotive had spells at Gateshead and Heaton from where it was withdrawn in 1/64. Stored and cut up at Darlington works in 4/64.
