| Lot 230 | C/I Smokebox Numberplate "61745" As carried by a Gresley Ex GNR/LNER K2 2-6-0 built at Doncaster Works in October 1916. Allocations included Kings Cross, Stratford, Cambridge, Yarmouth Vauxhall, Norwich Thorpe, March, Lowestoft, Lincoln, Boston and Immingham from where it was withdrawn in November 1960. Cut up at Doncaster Works 12/60. Front restored. |
