Lot 350 Brass Steam Locomotive Nameplate "KING GEORGE 1" Along with its Original Brass Splasher Beading. As carried by a Collett designed ex GWR 4-6-0 King Class locomotive number "6006". Built at Swindon works in February 1928. Allocations included Plymouth Laira and Wolverhampton Stafford Road from where it was withdrawn in February 1962.Cut up at Swindon Works in April 1962. A rare opportunity to acquire a nameplate from a iconic GWR Locomotive. Ex loco condition.
