| Lot 56 | Alloy Diesel Locomotive Worksplate "METROPOLITAN - VICKERS 1958". As carried by Class 28 D5705. New to 17A Derby 12/58 and Withdrawn 9/68 and sent to Derby RTC where it was renumbered S15705 2/69. Converted to unpowered Carriage Heating Unit 2/75 and numbered TDB 968006. Sold for preservation and is currently under restoration at the East Lancashire Railway. Ex loco condition. Guide: £1500 - 2000 |
