Lot 4 Brass Steam Locomotive Nameplate "SIR LAMIEL" As carried by a Urie/Maunsell designed 'King Arthur' Class N15, ex Southern Railway No 777, BR No 30777, built by the North British Locomotive Co, Glasgow in June 1925. Allocations included Eastleigh, Nine Elms, Stewarts Lane, Dover Marine, Feltham and Basingstoke from where it was withdrawn in October 1961.Works stamped 魡' on the rear. Set aside for preservation for the National Collection it currently resides at the Great Central Railway, Loughborough, where it is awaiting restoration. The loco was named after a fictional minor Knight of the Round Table named Lamiel of Cardiff.
