Lot 44 C/I Steam Locomotive Smokebox Number plate "42486". As carried by a Stanier designed ex LMS Class 4P 2-6-4T built at Derby Works in March 1937. Allocations included Newton Heath, Kirkby-in-Ashfield and Rowsley from where it was withdrawn in September 1963. Cut up at Derby Works 10/63. Restored many years ago in primer.
