Lot 45 C/I Steam Locomotive Smokebox Number plate "42509". As carried by a Stanier designed Class 4P ex LMS 2-6-4T built at Derby Works in June 1934. Allocated to only Shoeburyness throughout its working life it was withdrawn from there in June 1962. Cut up at Doncaster Works 01/63. Ex Loco back with handwritten details of engine allocations.
