Lot 49 C/I Steam Locomotive Smokebox Number plate "45373". As carried by a Stanier designed ex LMS Class 5MT 4-6-0 built by Armstrong Whitworth, Newcastle upon Tyne in June 1937. Allocations included Preston, Patricroft, Edge Hill, Crewe North, Wigan Springs Branch, Blackpool, Lancaster Green Ayre, Carnforth and Lostock Hall from where it was withdrawn in September 1967. Cut up at Cashmore's Newport, South Wales 10/68. Restored front and back.
