Lot 116 C/I Steam Locomotive Smokebox Numberplate "30566". As carried by an Adams designed Jumbo Class ex LSWR/SR 0-6-0 built by Neilson, Reid & Co, Glasgow in December 1885. Allocated only to Eastleigh as works shunting loco throughout its working life, it was withdrawn from there in February 1959. Cut up at Eastleigh Works 04/59. Ex-loco front and back. BR(S) triangle mark cast to rear. Purchased by the vendor direct from Eastleigh Works. First time at auction.
