Lot 141 C/I Steam Locomotive Cabside Numberplate "3828". As carried by a Churchward designed ex GWR 28XX Class 2-8-0 built at Swindon Works in November 1940. Allocations included Pontypool Road, Croes Newydd and Banbury from where it was withdrawn in October 1964. Cut up at Cashmores, Great Bridge 12/64. Totally ex-loco condition front and back.
