Lot 158 C/I Steam Locomotive Smokebox Numberplate "44829" as carried by a Stanier designed ex LMS class 5MT 4-6-0 built at Crewe works in August 1944. Allocations included Bristol Barrow Road, Toton, Crewe South, Monument Lane, Bushbury, Holyhead, Saltley, Workington and Bolton from where it was withdrawn in May 1968. Cut up at Buttigieg's, Newport, South Wales 08/68. Front repainted.
