Lot 18 Brass Steam Locomotive Nameplate "DEFIANCE" as carried by a Stanier designed ex LMS Jubilee Class 6P 4-6-0 No. "45728" built at Crewe works in October 1936. Allocations included Carlisle Upperby, Carlisle Kingmoor and Agecroft from where it was withdrawn in October 1962. Cut up at Cowlairs works, Springburn, Glasgow 11/63.
