Diesel Hydraulic Locomotive Nameplate SULTAN. As carried by Class 43 ‘Warship’ D848. New to 83D Laira 04/61. The nameplates were applied when built and removed when the loco was withdrawn from 81A Old Oak Common 03/69. Moved to Swindon Works 04/70 and scrapped there during 08/70.
