Electric Locomotive Worksplate No.1053 GORTON 1952. As carried by Class 76 E26046 later becoming 76046 02/74. Allocated new to 36B(W) 08/52 and named ‘ARCHIMEDES’ in May 1959. Withdrawn from Reddish 11/80 and stored there until dragged to C. F. Booth, Rotherham on 25/02/83 and cut up during 03/83. Oval cast brass in good condition.
