Brass Oval Steam Locomotive Worksplate ‘THE VULCAN FOUNDRY LTD, NEWTON-LE-WILLOWS, LANCASHIRE  No. 4871 – 1943’. As fitted to WD (MOS) 2-8-0 locomotive No. 90543. Allocations included Feltham, Mirfield, York North and Wakefield from where it was withdrawn in February 1965. Cut up at Ward’s, Beighton Sheffield 06/65.
