| C/I Steam Locomotive Smokebox Numberplate 45280. As carried by a Stanier designed ex-LMS class 5MT 4-6-0 built by Armstrong Whitworth, Newcastle upon Tyne in November 1936. Allocations included Leeds Holbeck, Leicester Midland, Kentish Town, Leeds Holbeck, Saltley, Bristol Bath Road, Trafford Park, Holyhead, Chester and Birkenhead Mollington Street from where it was withdrawn in November 1967. Cut up at Cashmore’s, Great Bridge 03/68. Face restored. |
