Alloy Electric Locomotive Worksplate BRUSH TRACTION LOCOMOTIVE No. 1045 1993. As carried by a Class 9 Tri-Bo Euro Tunnel Shuttle Loco No. 9018. Delivered in November 1993 and allocated to Coquelles depot in France. It was named WILHELMENIA FERNANDEZ, an opera singer, at Coquelles on 19/12/96. Still in service. Rectangular alloy in ex-loco condition front and back.

Diesel Locomotive Worksplate BUILT BY BRITISH RAIL ENGINEERING LIMITED. DONCASTER WORKS. 1981. As carried by Class 56 56099. Allocated new to Tinsley 11/81. It was named FIDDLERS FERRY POWER STATION from 7/89 until 5/99. Withdrawn from Immingham 11/03, it was scrapped at European Metal Recycling, Attercliffe 10/10. Rectangular alloy, front repainted, back ex-loco.

New to 5A Crewe North 10/60 and withdrawn from Healey Mills 10/80. Moved to Swindon Works and cut up 6/81. Rectangular chromed brass, face cleaned, back ex loco.

New to 41A Tinsley 12/64 and withdrawn from 64B Haymarket 10/68. Cut up by J. McWilliam, Shettleston, Glasgow 6/69. These plates were fitted below the main worksplate. Rectangular alloy in ex loco condition.

Brass Diamond Diesel Locomotive Worksplate NORTH BRITISH LOCOMOTIVE COMPANY LTD, GLASGOW No. 27831 1958. As carried by diesel hydraulic shunter D2736. New to 65G Yoker 11/58 and withdrawn from 65A Eastfield 3/67 and stored until sold to Birds, Cardiff, arriving 2/68 and kept intact until scrapped 7/69. Face cleaned, rear ex-loco.

Diamond Alloy Diesel Hydraulic Locomotive Worksplate NORTH BRITISH LOCOMOTIVE COMPANY LTD GLASGOW No. 27968 1960. As carried by Class 43 Warship D839 RELENTLESS. New to 83D Plymouth Laira 11/60. Stored and then re-instated in Mar/April 1969. Withdrawn from 83A Newton Abbot 10/71 and stored at Bristol Marsh Junction until moved to Swindon Works 1/72 and cut up there 8/72. Ex loco condition as cut on site for the vendor from the loco, complete with pipe still attached to the rear!

Diesel Locomotive Worksplate BUILT 1958 HORWICH. As carried by Class 08 shunter D3600 later 08485. New to 81A Old Oak Common 10/58. Stored at Carlisle in 2004 and remained in store until 2010 when moved to West Coast Railway Company, Carnforth, for use as a depot shunter. Still in use. Oval cast iron, front ex-loco, back repainted.

Diesel Locomotive Worksplate THE ENGLISH ELECTRIC Co. LTD, VULCAN WORKS, NEWTON-LE-WILLOWS, ENGLAND No. 3503/D934 1964. As carried by Class 37 D6946 later becoming 37246 3/74 and 37698 2/86. New to 86A Cardiff Canton 10/64. It was named 'Coedbach' from 9/88 until 3/93. Withdrawn from Toton 9/07 and stored at Margam until sold to C.F Booth, Rotherham and cut up 1/10. Rectangular chromed brass, the front cleaned, back ex-loco with traces of blue paint and the bottom two corners damaged.

Alloy Oval Diesel Locomotive Worksplate BRUSH SULZER No. 598 1965. As carried by Class 47 D1836 becoming 47355 3/74, 47391 4/94 whilst allocated to Tinsley, and back to 47355 9/95. New to D16 Nottingham Division 4/65. Stored from Bescot 3/98 and sold to Fragonset Railways 11/01. It was named AVOCET at Fragonset Workshops Derby on 21/11/02, a name it carried until 01/07 when it was sold to West Coast Railway Company. Loco remains stored at Carnforth. Front repainted, back ex loco.

Cast brass Class 50 leasing plate "THIS LOCOMOTIVE IS THE PROPERTY OF ENGLISH ELECTRIC LEASINGS LIMITED" As carried by D404 which later became 50004 and named ST. VINCENT. A label on the reverse states the plate was removed at Newton Heath in May 1972. Ex-loco condition.

Electric Locomotive Worksplate BRUSH TRACTION LOCOMOTIVE No. 1072 1994. As carried by Class 92 92008. Allocated new to HQ 6/94 and had the name JULES VERNE applied before it left Brush Works. Used for crew training and an exhibition in Switzerland before returning to Brush and was finally taken into stock at Crewe Electric 7/96. Currently owned by DB Cargo, it has been stored at Crewe Electric TMD since 12/06. Rectangular alloy in ex-loco condition front and back.

Alloy Diesel Locomotive Worksplate "BRITISH RAILWAYS CREWE BUILT 1961. POWER EQUIPMENT BY SULZER AND CROMPTON PARKINSON LTD." As carried by Class 45 D128/ 45145. New to 17A Derby 11/61, renumbered to 45145 12/74 and unofficially named 'Scylla' at Tinsley 08/87. Withdrawn from Tinsley 02/88 and stored until sold to MC Metal Processing, Glasgow in 1991 and cut up 02/92. Front restored, back ex-loco.

Oval Alloy Electric Locomotive Worksplate MANUFACTURED AT CREWE 1987 BR E BRITISH RAIL ENGINEERING LIMITED. As carried by Class 90 90001. Released from Crewe Works 10/87 and on test until taken into stock at Willesden 4/88. It was named BBC MIDLANDS TODAY from 9/89 to 7/04 and CROWN POINT from 5/14 to 4/20 whilst working in East Anglia. Currently owned by Locomotive Services Limited and named ROYAL SCOT. Front repainted, back ex-loco.

New to 9A Longsight 7/60. Stored at Bury steam shed from 9/68 until moved to Doncaster Works for refurbishment 6/72 and reallocated to ACL 1/73. Withdrawn from Longsight 8/83 and stored at Crewe Works until moved to Vic Berry, Leicester 9/84 and broken up by 1/85. Rectangular chromed brass, face cleaned, rear ex-loco.

Alloy Diesel Locomotive Builders' Plate FRAGONSET DERBY REBUILT. These plates were fitted to Fragonset locomotives purchased when the company was formed in 1997 and based at The Railway Technical Centre, Derby. In 2005 the company merged with Merlin Rail to form FM Rail which went into administration in December 2006. Front repainted.

Diesel Multiple Unit Builders Plate ANDREW BARCLAY SONS & Co. LTD, CALEDONIA WORKS, KILMARNOCK 748 REBUILT 1989. As carried by Class 141 DMSL 55541 when rebuilt by Barclay in 1989. Built at Derby in 1984 as part of set 141020 and renumbered to 141101 when rebuilt in 1989. Withdrawn in 1997 and sold to Cotswold Rail. Broken up at Wolverton Works 10/04. Front repainted.

New to 75D Stewarts Lane 12/66. Stored at Hither Green 3/99 until moved to the Battlefield line. Sold to HNRC and returned to the main line. Named DAVID GRAY/RON WESTWOOD 2/09-7/09 and CHARLOTTE 9/09-8/22. Currently operated by GB Railfreight and named SPA VALLEY RAILWAY 25 YEAR ANNIVERSARY. This is a fibre replacement plate in ex-loco condition.
