Withdrawn from Tinsley 02/88 and stored until sold to MC Metal Processing, Glasgow in 1991 and cut up 02/92. Front restored, back ex-loco.

After a period of storage it was allocated to Crewe Electric 09/95 operated by Railfreight Distribution. Loco currently with DB Cargo UK and stored. Rectangular alloy in ex-loco condition front and back.

Sold for preservation to the AC Locomotive Group 06/04and used on the Caledonian Sleepers in 2015 when it was named MONS MEG. Sold to West Coast Railways in 02/20 and now based at Carnforth. Rectangular cast aluminium in ex-loco condition.
