A Live Steam 3 1/2in gauge Black 5 locomotive No. 45157 "THE GLASGOW HIGHLANDER". Fully Working Order c/w with boiler certificate. Both locomotive and tender come in two bespoke boxes with lids and carrying handles for ease of transportation. A superb miniature scale locomotive.

Loco named at Birmingham Snow Hill station on 22/5/64 by Major General R.C MacDonal, Colonel of Regiment, and carried until withdrawal from Tinsley 04/88. Cut up at M.C Metal Processing, Glasgow 02/92. Front and back in ex-loco condition.

Diesel Locomotive Nameplate "TRYFAN". As carried by Class 44 Peak D10/44010. New to 1B Camden 02/60 and named from new. This is a resin replacement plate fitted in the 1970s to replace the missing aluminium original. Withdrawn 05/77 and cut up at Derby Works 07/78. Cast resin on a steel back plate. Front restored, Back ex-loco. A rare opportunity to acquire one of the first batch of ten named Class 44 Peaks.

Electric Locomotive Nameplate "NORTHAMPTON TOWN". As carried by Class 86 86401. New to ACL 01/66 as E3199, later 86001. Loco named at Northampton station on 13/5/89 to mark the refurbishment of Northampton station and the 800th anniversary of the Royal Charter being awarded to the town. The nameplates were removed 11/91 at BRML Doncaster Works. The loco was rechristened Northampton Town at the Crewe Works Open Day in 2005. 86401 has also been named 'Hertfordshire Rail Tours' (10/98-12/02) and 'Mons Meg' (06/15). Now operated by West Coast Railway Co. Size 6ft 2in x 10in.

This is a carried plate from the second set, upon rechristening, that were fitted between 2005 and 2015.The nameplate is in clean condition on the front and ex-loco to the rear. Note: The first two plates are already accounted for elsewhere.

Diesel Locomotive Nameplate "HITHER GREEN DEPOT". As carried by Class 58 58021. New to TO Toton 12/84. Named at Hither Green Depot staff open day 28/10/95. Exported to France on hire to Fertis Rail 07/05-11/06. Returned to the UK when nameplates were removed and loco withdrawn 11/06. Cast aluminium in ex-loco condition.

Previously named 'University of Leicester'. Loco withdrawn 02/99 and cut up by staff of HNRC at EWS Old Oak Common 04/04. Ex-loco condition.

New to 5A Crewe North 05/61 and withdrawn from HA Haymarket 07/80. Moved to Crewe works 08/80 and cut up there 02/83. Only twenty Class 40s were built at Robert Stephenson & Hawthorns. New to 61A Kittybrewster 03/60, it was stored at Perth shed 08/67 until 07/68 and officially withdrawn 30/12/67. Sold to J. McWilliam, Shettleston, Glasgow and cut up 08/68.
