Chromed Brass Diesel Locomotive Worksplate "THE ENGLISH ELECTRIC Co. Ltd. VULCAN WORKS, NEWTON-LE-WILLOWS, ENGLAND. No. 2763/D488-1959". As carried by Class 20 locomotive D8041/20041/20904. New to 32A Norwich 11/59. Withdrawn from TO Toton 11/88 and sold to Hunslet Barclay, Kilmarnock for further use as a weedkilling loco. Named 'Janis' 05/89 to 10/98. Withdrawn again from KM Carlisle Kingmoor and sold to DRS and then HNRC and stored at various locations.

Chromed Brass Electro Diesel Locomotive Worksplate "THE ENGLISH ELECTRIC Co. Ltd. VULCAN WORKS, NEWTON-LE-WILLOWS, ENGLAND. No. 3423/D881-1963" As carried by Class 37 D6937/ 37237/37893. New to 86A Cardiff Canton 05/64. To store 01/01 and allocated to special projects and left UK for Italy on 27/7/01 on hire to Italian/Spanish operator CEAV until returning 1/3/03. Stored at Toton until moved to Allelly's yard at Studley 09/07. Sold for scrapping but resold for preservation which failed and loco sold to Ron Hull Jnr, Rotherham 10/10 and cut up 04/12. Ex-loco condition.
